My reasons on why I would love a Dribbble invitation.
As anyone has seen on my Twitter account I am desiring a Dribbble account. I go on Dribbble every morning to soak up the great designs that is spread on that site. They might be just “shots” but they are well placed and help me get my creative juices (what little I have) up and running. It is just a fantastic site. I love reading the tips and helps other designers give to each other desiring that same feedback from other designers.
I work as a UI developer/Front-end developer/UX engineer/whatever name fits at a large healthcare company.
I work as a UI developer/Front-end developer/UX engineer/whatever name fits at a large healthcare company. I am the only one who does what I do of some 60,000 employees. There is no one else. So getting quality feedback is hard to come by. Sure a co-worker will chime in with their subjective feedback based on their likes and dislikes (example: “Can we make the blue bluer? I like things really blue”) which is okay… I guess, but I pine for something a bit more tangible, say a designer who is extremely good and has quality feedback based on reasoning and experience. That is what Dribbble provides and that is why I wish for a Dribbble invite.
